Bourbon and Rye dominate the classic whiskey cocktails of North America. We have chosen to include them both under one banner, as for reasons of both style and history, they often appear as alternate versions of the same drink. They can vary greatly in flavour and style, but generally lack the smokiness of Scotch whisky.
