A Depression-era classic.
1 1/2 ounces London Dry gin
1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce lemon juice
brandied cherry or lemon twist
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into coupe glass. Garnish.
