This is the shaken rather than the blender version of the famous Puerto Rican cocktail. The cinnamon is a touch we experienced in Cuba at a restaurant overlooking Havana’s Plaza Vieja.
2 ounces white rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1.5 ounces cream of coconut
1 dash cinnamon powder
cinnamon powder, cinnamon stick, pineapple slice, and/or cherry for garnish
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into small tiki glass. Dust with cinnamon powder and garnish.
