A cross between a Negroni and a sour, with Indian flavours.
1 ounce London Dry gin (or similar style)
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce ginger syrup
1/4 ounces cardamom syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
lemon peel or rosemary sprig for garnish
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well, and strain into an Old-Fashioned glass. Fill with crushed ice, garnish.
