As with any Old Fashioned, your choice of whiskey will make all the difference here.
2 ounces Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce Bénédictine
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
orange peel twist
Place ingredients in a mixing glass and stir thoroughly. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with an orange peel twist.
