Sapphire Martini


It’s blue, and beautiful, and oh so tasty.

          1 1/2  ounces London Dry gin
          1 tablespoon dry vermouth
          1 tablespoon blue Curacao
          lemon peel for garnish

Combine ingredients in a stirring glass and fill with ice. Stir thoroughly, strain into coupe glass, and top with lemon peel twist.
