Singapore Sling


Gin’s very own tiki drink!

          1.5 ounces London Dry gin (or similar style)
          3/4 ounce cherry liqueur (i.e. Maraschino)
          3/8 ounce Campari
          3/8 ounce DOM Benedictine (or other herb/spice liqueur)
          1/2 ounce grenadine
          4 ounces pineapple juice
          3/4 ounce lime juice
          dash Angostura bitters
          cherry and/or pineapple for garnish

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well, and strain into hurricane or other tall glass. Fill with crushed ice. Garnish with fruit.
