Negroni and the Goat


This modern ampification of the classic Negroni replaces Campari with Aperol and adds amaro for an extra flavour dimension. 

          1 1/2 ounce Londons Dry-style gin
          3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
          3/4 ounce Aperol
          1/2 ounce amaro
          lemon or orange twist (or both)

Stir thoroughly in a mixing glass with ice and strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with citrus twist.
