The Negroni’s suaver, richer cousin. Can be served neat in a martini glass or in a short glass over ice.
1 ounce bourbon
1 ounce sweet or bittersweet vermouth
1 ounce Campari
orange peel twist
Place bourbon, vermouth, and Campari in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir thoroughly and strain into a martini glass. Top with an orange peel twist.
