The flavours of the Caribbean in an exotic take on the Old Fashioned.
2 ounces rum
1/2 ounce blue Curacao
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce cream of coconut
pineapple slice for garnish
Combine ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into tiki glass, add ice, and garnish with pineapple slice.
